Always Free Returns

When and why can I return an order?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, no problem: at Bluesin, returns are always free.
You have 15 days from the date you receive your parcel to return the items and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, preferably with the original packaging, tags, warranty seals (if present), and any documents included (such as the order slip and receipt).

To protect the contents during transport, we recommend using an outer plastic envelope and sealing the package carefully.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, you will need to place a new order.


How to make a return

  • Make sure the products have not been used and are in perfect condition, with the warranty seal intact.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the order slip and receipt.

  • The return must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • Pack the items carefully to protect them from damage during transport.

  • Our customer service will provide you with a free return label and shipping instructions.

  • Once the return arrives at our warehouse and is checked, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the refund.

Important: Items without a warranty seal cannot be refunded.


What to do in case of damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please complete the return form and include:

  • A brief description of the defect.

  • A clear photo of the damaged area or the issue found.

You can include everything directly in the package or send it by email.
If the parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 4 days at info@bluesinmoda.it, attaching:

  • Photos of the parcel and the courier’s label.

  • Detailed photos of the damaged product.

Our team will review the issue and quickly find a solution for you.


Cases where returns are not accepted

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used, dirty, or improperly damaged products.

  • Missing or broken warranty seal.

  • Products that cause hypersensitivity or individual reactions.

  • Damage caused by external factors (friction, sharp objects, chemicals, etc.).


Refunds

Once the return is received and the condition of the products is verified, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method:

  • PayPal: refund within 2 business days to your account.

  • Credit/Debit Card: refund within 2 business days to your card.

Actual crediting times may vary slightly depending on your bank, up to a maximum of 15 business days.
